Junior Associates
The highly competitive Junior Associates program is an excellent entry point into DMD for recent college graduates. Held twice a year, the program is open to graduates interested in the field of integrated marketing. Accepted Junior Associates work for a six-month period with the potential to be hired on as a full-time Junior Associate at the end of the six-month program.

Application due dates are December 15th for the January – June session, and May 15th for the July – December session.
