Pop quiz, hotshot— your PR guru runs around the country with her MacBook Pro, preparing tons of presentations and proposals for important clients. Unfortunately, all of this takes place outside of your in-house Mac network. Worse yet, when she's in the office, she does not plug into the network to back up her documents. What do you do?
WHAT do YOU do?
Naturally, you tip your hat to Steve Jobs' team of Appletillian geniuses for coming up with their new product,
Time Capsule. Announced at the
January 2008 MacWorld Conference, Time Capsule is a clever backup device that works wirelessly with Time Machine in Mac OS X Leopard. It automatically backs up everything for all of your laptop loving workers, so they (and their IT co-worker) no longer have to worry about losing their digital livelihood. Even better, it backs up PCs as well, and functions as a print server.
Now, as for getting all of your workers to stop working from home, you're on your own. Find the Time Capsule
here.
